LVTC's Leader Attends the 2022 Annual Conference of the ILSTC International Vocational Education Alliance and Delivers a Keynote Speech

Wei Lin, Vice President of LVTC was invited to attend the annual conference and delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Education Model of 'Going Global' for Higher Vocational Colleges and Practice in the Context of Opening Up" at the sub-forum.

Wei Lin introduced the current situation of internationalization of the leading enterprises in Liuzhou and the difficulties faced by Chinese companies in "going global" in the context of opening up. Taking the overseas International Craftsman College jointly built by LVTC and an enterprise as an example, Wei introduced the achievements of LVTC in international cooperative education on the theme of "Combining Education and Training, Serving the Global Development of Local Enterprises", leaving a deep impression on the participating guests.

The ILSTC International Vocational Education Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "the Alliance") was established in September 2021. Under the guidance of the Education Department of Sichuan Province and the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, the Alliance was jointly initiated by relevant vocational colleges, export-oriented enterprises and international cooperation and exchange research institutions from relevant countries and regions as well as provinces and cities along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor (ILSTC). More than 230 representatives from 57 colleges and institutions and 18 companies at home and abroad attended the conference online and offline. LVTC joined the Alliance in 2021 as the vice president unit of the Alliance. Wei Lin has been appointed as a member of the Alliance's expert committee. In the future, with the international exchange and cooperation platform built by the Alliance, LVTC will further strengthen its links with colleges and companies at home and abroad to continuously improve its level of internationalization, and expand its influence in international education programs.
